How to Transfer warranty To New Owners
At Zone RV, we understand that circumstances may change, prompting you to sell your Zone RV caravan while it is still under warranty. To ensure a smooth transition and maintain transparency, we’ve outlined the process for transferring the warranty to a third-party buyer.
If you, as the original buyer, intend to sell your caravan within the warranty period, both you and the prospective third-party buyer can initiate the transfer of the warranty by submitting a written request. Zone RV is committed to facilitating this process and will not unduly withhold approval, particularly for items manufactured by Zone.
Please be aware that Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components have their own separate warranties, distinct from the overarching caravan warranty. We recommend reviewing the warranty terms for each OEM component to fully understand the coverage and any specific conditions that may apply.
To start the warranty transfer process, please send a written request to our dedicated Warranty Team at warranty@zonerv.com.au. Along with your request, we kindly ask that you provide the following details for verification and processing:
- Customer Name:
- Van Number:
- Customer Email:
- Phone:
- Shipping Address:
- Proof of Ownership/Transfer Document (such as a bill of sale, title transfer, or other documentation confirming the sale of the caravan)
Our Warranty Team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide any additional information needed to ensure a seamless transfer of warranty to the new owner.
Thank you for choosing Zone RV, and we look forward to assisting you!
