How to Access the Zone RV Customer Portal: A Step-by-Step Guide

As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, Zone RV has a customer portal that allows its customers to access important information about their service and maintenance correspondence. In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to access the Zone RV customer portal, which requires a VIN number to be active in our system.

Obtaining your Customer Portal Login Account:

  1. Check your email inbox and spam folder for an automated email from the Zone RV. This email will contain important information to access the Customer Portal.  We we hand over your van we record your VIN number with your email address you are using at that time and send you details for logging onto the customer portal.

  2. If you cannot find the email we sent, or you have a different email address you would like to use, then the Customer Portal Access Request FORM to provide your details. Make sure to have your VIN number ready as you'll need it to fill out the form and then we will link that up for you behind the scenes in our system.

  3. Once you're on the form, fill out all the required fields. This will include your name, contact information, and VIN number. Your VIN number can be found on the drawbar of your caravan.

  4. Make sure to double-check all the information you've entered before submitting the form. This will ensure that we can process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  5. Log in to the customer portal once you have received your login credentials, go to the Customer Portal HERE. Enter your email as your username and it will ask you to generate a new password.
