Understanding the Warranty Coverage

The Fixtures, fittings & OME advice warranty coverage includes all the internal and external fittings, accessories, and any Original Manufacturer Equipment (OME) that come with your caravan. This coverage is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

The Composite construction warranty coverage includes the external walls, roof, and floor of the caravan. This coverage is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

The Chassis warranty coverage includes the entire structure that supports the caravan, including the drawbar, axle, suspension, and brakes. This coverage is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
