This is a summary of everything that we cover within your 7- day alignment service.
Firstly: Please ensure you have your appointment booked at an approved Zone RV service provider, prior to your handover day. If you haven't made an appointment yet, please click through here:
What is included in my 7-day alignment service:
- Wheel Nuts Tensioned – (209Nm or 154ft-lb)
- Inspect suspension & shock absorber mounting bolts
- Inspect bushes
- Wheel bearing check
- Check brake mounting bolts for tightness
- Brake adjustment & check
- All external lights tested, and wiring connections inspected
- Bolt-on stub axle bolts
- Inspect tow couple for correct operation, torque mounting bolts and grease
- Inflate airbags to 85psi and check for signs of leakage.
