      What is included in my 7 Day Alignment Service

      This is a summary of everything that we cover within your 7- day alignment service.

      Firstly: Please ensure you have your appointment booked at an approved Zone RV service provider, prior to your handover day.  If you haven't made an appointment yet, please click through here: 

      Service Request

      What is included in my 7-day alignment service:

      • Wheel Nuts Tensioned – (209Nm or 154ft-lb)
      • Inspect suspension & shock absorber mounting bolts
      • Inspect bushes
      • Wheel bearing check
      • Check brake mounting bolts for tightness
      • Brake adjustment & check
      • All external lights tested, and wiring connections inspected
      • Bolt-on stub axle bolts
      • Inspect tow couple for correct operation, torque mounting bolts and grease
      • Inflate airbags to 85psi and check for signs of leakage.
