This cooling off period provides peace of mind to our customers, knowing that their deposit is secure and they have time to reconsider their purchase decision if needed.

Here are the details of our pre-launch cooling off period for the Zone RV Expedition:

1. Seven-Day Cooling Off Period: Once you place a deposit on a Zone RV Expedition during our pre-launch event, you will be entitled to a seven-day cooling off period. This means that if you decide to cancel your purchase within seven days of placing your deposit, you will receive a full refund.

2. Exceeding the Cooling Off Period: If you exceed the seven-day cooling off period and decide to cancel your purchase, your deposit will be subject to our standard cancellation policy, which is outlined in the contract.

3. Signing the Contract: If you sign a contract during the pre-launch event, you will fall into the conditions of the contract. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your purchase after signing the contract, your deposit will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
